Die 2006 gegründete israelische Firma Perfecto wurde vom US-Unternehmen Perforce für 200 Millionen US-Dollar aufgekauft, wie Perfecto gestern mitteilte. Kerngeschäft von Perfecto ist es, automatisierte Test- und Entwicklungsumgebungen auf Cloudbasis für Web-, Mobil und IoT-Applikationen zur Verfügung zu stellen. So kann eine App gegen rund 3.000 Endgeräten getestet und entwickelt werden.
