The ‘ADOPT IHRA Coalition‘ is an umbrella group of more than 180 NGOs from around the world, as they state on their website.
Most recently, the coalition has published a letter of support for IHRA by hundreds of academics and called on Facebook to adopt IHRA as part of its policy, deleniates the Coalition.
Now, the next step. A Letter to Twitter. The letter says, Twitter, as all social media, has an massive anti-semitism problem. And there is a vademecum, a first step which will help for sure.
The ‘ADOPT IHRA Coalition’ endorses their important and justified claim: “In November 2022, more than 180 nonprofit and civil rights organizations from around the world signed a letter calling on Twitter and Elon Musk to adopt the IHRA Working Definition as a tool to combat antisemitism on the social media platform.”

Today the IHRA has 40 member countries, each of whom recognizes that international political coordination is imperative to strengthen the moral commitment of societies and to combat growing Holocaust denial and antisemitism.”, explains the ‘ADOPT IHRA Coalition’.
The Zachor Legal Institute explains: “Demonstrating the seriousness of Twitter’s antisemitism problem, the letter to Musk includes a dataset of more than 1,000 examples of #antisemitic tweets that fall under the IHRA definition.“
Why you can do it?
