The figures according to the ‘Central Bureau of Statistics‘ (Israel) are available and ‘VonNaftali‘ took a look inside with focus on the Abraham States. All figures are in US-Dollar and Millions.
UAE: The total trade volume for the month November 2022 is 308,00 – Import: 197,6 (Nov. 2021: 122,8) Export: 110,4 (Nov. 2021: 45,5)
Bahrain: The total trade volume for the month November 2022 is 1,5 – Import: 1,5 (Nov. 2021: 0,0), Export: 0,00 (Nov. 2021: 3,4)
Morocco: The total trade volume for the month November 2022 is 8,4 – Import: 1,7 (Nov. 2021: 0,5), Export: 6,7 (Nov. 2021: 3,9)
Sudan: The total trade volume for the month November 2022 is: No figures
In general the Central Bureau of Statistics wrote:
Exports of goods (excluding diamonds) totaled NIS 18.4 billion. 37% of total exports were to European Countries, 30% were to American Countries, 23% were to Asian Countries and 10% were to the “Other Countries”.
Imports of goods (excluding diamonds) totaled NIS 27.6 billion. 48% of the imports were from European Countries, 26% were from Asian Countries, 12% were from American Countries and 14% were from the “Other Countries”.
The trade deficit of goods (excluding diamonds) totaled NIS 9.2 billion.
Trend data in September – November 2022 point to:
Decreases of 13.4% in exports to European Countries.
Increases of 16.0% in imports from the USA.
Reality is at the moment: The Abraham Accords work very well with UAE and Morocco, but rather bad with the Kingdom of Bahrain and almost inexistent with Sudan. So, there is space for improvement. Compared with October 2022 there is a decline.
