Bank Leumi announced a round of appointments in its top management. The purpose of the current round is to enable current senior members of management to develop professionally in additional directions, and to implement the experience gained in their previous positions in their new key roles – enabling Leumi to further enhance its business leadership, says Bank Leumi.
Omer Ziv, Head of the Finance Division, will be appointed Head of the Capital Markets Division and Chairman of Leumi Partners, replacing Bosmat Ben Zvi; he will also serve as Deputy President and CEO; Bosmat Ben Zvi will be appointed Head of the Audit Division, replacing Hagit Argov; Hagit Argov will be appointed Head of the Finance Division; Adv. Michal Alterman, who currently serves as Max’s Chief Legal Counsel, will be appointed Chief Legal Counsel at Leumi, replacing Adv. Mor Fingerer, who announced her desire to leave.

The changes will take effect after receiving approval from the Bank of Israel.
