‘Magic Software’ buys ‘Intrabases’ (France) to reach out to the European Market

Magic Software, a global provider of IT consulting services and end-to-end integration and application development platforms solutions, today announced the acquisition of Intrabases, a software house specializing in data exchange and software integration.

Intrabases, which has previously managed numerous successful joint projects will enhance the Magic Software European team with an expanded and highly experienced delivery team and will enable Magic Software to provide its customers in Europe with a “Centre of Excellence” focused on managing business data flows.

Founded in 2000, French digital service company Intrabases became part of Magic Software France on 1 July 2022. With extensive ETL tools proficiency, Intrabases has developed expertise in data exchange and integration of all types of application flows.

Magic Software is a global software company renowned for its low-code development platform, Magic xpa, and its application integration platform, Magic xpi, which integrates business systems in the cloud, on-premises, and in a hybrid mode.

These two solutions are extensively deployed in France, with over 250 corporate customers. Several years ago, a new Manufacturing industry product, Magic FactoryEye, was introduced to assist manufacturers in migrating to smart factories and achieving the full benefits of “Industry 4.0.”

Magic Software has been a global provider of innovative application development and integration solutions for over 40 years, helping companies optimize their business processes and enabling applications – such as CRM, ERP, MES, PLM, and SCM (Supply-Chain) – to interact with each other.

The company operates in over fifty countries and has several thousand installations worldwide and strategic partnerships with leading software companies such as IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, and SAP.

Magic Software Enterprises was founded in 1983 by David Assia and Yaki Dunietz as a spin-off from “Mashov Computers”, a publicly traded Israeli company that provided business solutions on microcomputers.

The new company was originally named “Mashov Software Export (MSE)”, and developed software for the global market, specifically an application generator named Magic.
