Israel’s foreign exchange reserves at the end of January 2023 stood at $201,000 million, an increase of $6,782 million from their level at the end of the previous month. The level of the reserves relative to GDP was 39.0 percent, according to the press release of the Bank of Israel.

Remarkable is, that the private sector transferd totaling approximately $41 million to Israel. So, no sign of distrust, let alone a withdrawal as is published by some business papers. The facts are obviously showing the opposite. This means there is no private sector capital flight out of Israel. The opposite is the case.
