ZWW is a non-profit, open intelligence network based in Israel and in its formative phase. ZWW wants to create:
- a global database (Open Intelligence Map)
- an information & reports network (Open Intelligence News)
- an analysis and forecasting instrument (open intelligence think tank)
about anti-Israel and anti-Semitic individuals, networks, entities, organizations, media, foundations, and government agencies.
Our motivation
For us, the occasion is October 7th as the greatest catastrophe for the Jewish people after the Shoah.
One factor that made October 7th possible was inadequate research, documentation, analysis, and forecasting skills.
Additionally, many “silent” enemies have been showing their faces since October 7th. These – but also the familiar faces – must be documented. Israel and the Diaspora are continually “surprised” and caught on the wrong foot. This lack of deep knowledge, information, and data must be ended.
Israel is too small to stay ignorant about foreign cultures.
Deficits we address
There is no deep knowledge base of cultures anymore in Israel. Why do we need a database of our enemies – built up with deep cultural insights – as the first step?
Israel and the diaspora continue – cum grano salis – to be surprised by “new” anti-Israel and anti-Semitic actions, movements, etc. Israel no longer understands its enemies: neither on the ground in the Middle East nor the enemies in Europe and the USA. A blindness that even blocks to see the enemies.
Many “silent” enemies are now showing their faces. This knowledge should be documented and not lost to anticipate and ward off future attacks against Israel and the Diaspora. Israel – and to a smaller extent the diaspora – is continually “surprised” and caught on the wrong foot.
The inability to understand the enemies has various causes in Israel and in the diaspora. The diaspora sees but is too afraid to draw and speak out the inevitable conclusions and in Israel, they are too ignorant, and self-confident. Hence wrong conclusions are dawn. This challenge must be met.
We, as Israelis, are particularly appealing to the diaspora and Olim to work on this project. The deep linguistic, historical-cultural, political, and economic knowledge about Europe, and the USA to recognize, name, analyze, and forecast emerging dangers has largely been lost in Israel.
Scientists in Israel, like Michael Milstein, see this lack of competence – a deep understanding of the cultures of our enemies – also concerning the Middle East. The general claim: Israel does not understand its neighbors. And in our modern world, Europe and the USA are neighbors too.
The state of Israel can no longer proceed like this. There is a wrong belief that with AI alone we can understand our enemies. That’s wrong. Israel has a rich pool of knowledge. It only needed to be addressed and to be invited in a serious and committed manner: the Olim and the diaspora.
This is the moment for volunteers and civil society to do this work quickly and flexibly. The diaspora, Olim, and those millions who are in solidarity with Israel generally have these skills: They speak at least one language other than Ivrit at a native level and are usually very well educated.
A prerequisite for, to give an example, being able to identify, document, classify, and forecast developments in Germany, the leading center of power in Europe, at an early stage. Today, nearly nobody in the intelligence services is capable even of understanding simple written German, just to name one language.
WHOM WE ADDRESS
We are particularly appealing to the diaspora and Olim to work on this project. The linguistic, historical-cultural, political, and economic competence to recognize, name, analyze and forecast emerging dangers has been lost cum grano salis in Israel, as argued previously.

What ZWW doesn’t do
Campaigns, documentation of anti-Semitic incidents, lobbying, networks, etc. are not the ZWW’s job. There are numerous excellent organizations here from AIPAC to Bnei Brith, to name just a few. Likewise, no focused monitoring, such as UN Watch, MEMRI, or NGO Monitor, and no think tank tasks such as MIDDLE EAST FORUM or MENA-WATCH, also just to name a few.
ZWW sees itself as a civil society, grassroots organization (open access) for documentation and knowledge (intelligence) about the enemies of Israel, the Diaspora, and Judaism > ZWW describes itself as an OPEN INTELLIGENCE PROJECT.
Our Open Intelligence Projects
How do we define ‘open intelligence projects’?
- Publicly available sources are used
- Use of collaborative software and AI
- Data entry/research/analysis/predictions are carried out with qualified volunteers
- Volunteers remain anonymous. They are only known to ZWW
- Use of crowd intelligence
The publicly accessible open intelligence projects under construction are:
- OPEN INTELLIGENCE MAP
Global database on Anti-semitism: individuals, networks, entities, organizations, media, foundations, and government bodies. Creation of a graphic, interactive ‘social network’ aka ‘network of relationships’ of anti-Israeli and anti-Semitic individuals, networks, entities, organizations, media, foundations, and government bodies. A corresponding source database will enhance and deepen the presented data and information.
In the first step, a database (source database) will be collaboratively created with volunteers. This source database is entered into a SocNETV application empowered and combined with AI which is backed up with Crowd Intelligence. From this moment on it will be possible to research and detect even forecast the networks and links of anti-Semitic and anti-Israel forces. It will show how they are intermingled.
In a first step, the (non-exclusive) focus will be on the period after October 7th.
- OPEN INTELLIGENCE NEWS
Monitoring & Watchdog of anti-Semitism. The network of volunteers will
- collaboratively publish background reports and a news ticker about anti-Israel and anti-Semitic incidents, actions, movements, etc. outside of Israel.
- Support journalist in their research work.
Israel needs to know what is happening in the world on a social – and not just formal state-political – level in Europe, the USA et al. Israel is repeatedly surprised by developments or is only partially informed and merely “reacts” instead of taking preventive action. Without knowledge, no prevention.
- OPEN INTELLIGENCE THINK TANK
Analysis and forecast of anti-Semitism. Counter strategy. An open intelligence unit is to be set up from the pool of volunteers, which will develop scenarios using the ’10th man’ approach using AI, evaluating general economic data, etc. Who would have thought that on October 7th the enemy would simply walk through the front door.
