Today was a day that will go down in history, as it visibly marks the collapse of the free world, stolen by the various deep states of the left which is an antisemitic and antidemocratic movement.
With the consent of the US Biden/Obama regime, ICC requests for arrest warrants against democratically elected government officials (Israel) were issued today, and the UN Security Council, the US State Department, the EU, and NATO are sending their condolences to the genocidal Muslim terror regime of Iran on the death of the butcher of Tehran and Muslim terrorist Raisi whose aims were to eradicate the State of Israel and annihilate all Jews.
The genocidal invasion of Israel by Hamas was planned and ordered by the islamic (sic!) terror state Iran which Raisi represented as president. The West walked away from the West. Soon we will and must see secessions within the democratic states – on the one side left, woke authoritarian states with huge Muslim populations, and on the other hand democratic states ruling out Sharia, Palestianism, and woke socialism. We will see which states will survive in the long run. I bet on the new democratic states.
The ICC Warrant Against Israel. Next The USA
This is a warrant against all Jews. A warrant against Israel. A warrant against the right to exist. A warrant against the right to defend yourself against a genocidal invasion. According to the self-proclaimed court the right of self-defense is now a “war crime” and set on par with islamic (sic!) genocidal invasion of a genocidal islamic (sic!) terror organization. The ICC committed the crime of legal warfare.
And, finally, there is no proof, no single evidence for a war crime committed by Israel. The ICC just announced an antisemitic lie. One more antisemitic blood libel.
The journalist Stephen Daisley wrote in a very learned and mindful piece of opinion for ‘The Spectator’ what really happened: “The application for arrest warrants against Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu and defence minister Yoav Gallant is an act of lawfare. In seeking the detention of Israel’s political and military leadership during its war against Hamas, Karim Ahmad Khan, the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, is inviting that body to intervene in the conflict. Granting these warrants would require ICC signatory countries such as the UK to arrest the men if they set foot in their territory and hand them over. The likely effect of their arrest would be to cripple Israel’s war effort and throw the country into political chaos. Khan is proposing, in effect, that the ICC prevent the democratically elected government of a sovereign state from defending itself against the terrorist regime that invaded its territory, murdered 1,100 people, raped women and took 250 hostages.“
The tactical aims of Biden according to Eugene Kontorovich are 1. to force Israel to withdraw from Aza and 2. to tear down the democratically elected government of Israel.
He wrote on X: “The ICC charges are politics within politics. First, the absurd war crimes charges in what many outside observers have called the cleanest major war ever. Second, indictments only against the Likud members of war cabinet, not against Bibi’s possible rival Gantz, or chief of staff Halevi. The Hague – coordinated with Biden – is trying to both take Israel out of the war and bring down its government.”
Currently, Biden is trying to blackmail Israel again: lifting the arrest warrant in return for recognition of an anti-Semitic and anti-democratic Islamic terrorist state called “Palestine”. This will certainly not happen. Eugene Kontorovich nailed it on X: “Biden is demanding Israel lose the war and create a Palestinian terror state to lose further wars to, all to give Biden a diplomatic win before November, so he can get reelected and REALLY start screwing Israel.“
Thus, this warrant is the declaration of the bankruptcy of the West under the leadership of the left: Biden and the US Dems, Germany, France, and the EU in general. No matter what Israel does, Israel will be condemned.
However, there is one more point that John Bolton elaborated. The ICC will soon go after the USA. He wrote on X: “The ICC’s foundational bias was anti-American, an effort to constrain US power. It’s an illegitimate institution with no accountability, checks, or oversight. Israel is the canary in the coal mine for the U.S. – the ICC has gone after Israel, and you can be sure America is next.”
Senator Ted Cruz added: “Almost certainly, the Biden White House is quietly applauding the ICC putting out a warrant for Benjamin Netanyahu. This is the most anti-Israel White House in history. For three years, Biden and his administration have undermined Israel every step of the way.“
So, let us, means Israel, do the right thing to survive and set the records straight. Let us finish Hamas, PA, and Hezbollah and take Aza, Judea, Shomron, and Jerusalem as the Jewish homeland. Make Israel Jewish again.
Yes, Mr President! We Need More!
The President of the State of Israel, Isaac Herzog, wrote today on X: “The announcement of the prosecutor at the ICC is beyond outrageous, and shows the extent to which the international judicial system is in danger of collapsing. Taken in bad faith, this one-sided move represents a unilateral political step that emboldens terrorists around the world, and violates all the basic rules of the court according to the principle of complementarity and other legal norms. Hamas’ leaders are oppressive dictators guilty of launching mass murder, mass rape, and mass kidnappings of men, women, children and babies. Any attempt to draw parallels between these atrocious terrorists and a democratically elected government of Israel – working to fulfill its duty to defend and protect its citizens entirely in adherence to the principles of international law – is outrageous and cannot be excepted by anyone. We will not forget who started this war, and who raped, butchered, burned, brutalized, and kidnapped innocent citizens and families. We will not forget our hostages whose safe return should be the main concern of the international community. We expect all leaders in the free world to condemn outright this step and firmly reject it.“
Yes, correct, Mr President. And I may add, generally, the left is globally misusing the respective national and international judicial systems and weaponizing them for their left political agenda as can be seen in the USA, Germany or Israel. Sounds familiar?
Under the disguise of law and the arrogance that only self-recruiting judges are allowed to make judgments (without giving reasons) they ridicule the will of the people and the elected one. They, the judges worldwide think that they are above the people and above the constitutions.
The judicial systems worldwide are hijacked by left ideologists who are absolvents of antisemitic and antidemocratic universities like Harvard, Columbia, Princeton, et al. That is the problem and the ICC is just one more expression/phenomenon of this underlying structural maldevelopment.
What is really astonishing, but not surprising, is the deafening silence of the Israeli legal establishment on the ICC decision and its legal warfare. The legal establishment is not coming to the defense of the State of Israel, which is actually one of the core tasks of the legal establishment. Simcha Rothmann said: “Their silence thunders.“
The left robbed and hijacked the judicial systems of the free world. Therefore we need a justicial reform in Israel, and worldwide on national and international levels. But that’s of course not all. We need more!
Israel is in dire need of reforms which I may hint at with some keywords and will elaborate on soon: Establishment of a free market. Israel is currently suffering from family and state-dominated oligopolies. The citizens pay the price at the supermarket checkout. An extensive bureaucracy with around 40 ministries, and countless committees, not to mention the local levels. Israel's bureaucracy is not only monstrous, it is one of the worst in the world, as global rankings repeatedly show. Better integration of Olim and security again. Renovation of the infrastructure, which is almost at the level of a developing country, and finally, last but not least, Israel must set up its own weapons industry that produces 100% of the necessary weapons itself. From cartridges to tanks to aircraft. The war shows one thing: we are alone, our ally, the USA, is unreliable and is blackmailing Israel with arms deliveries. This grievance must be ended. As a political wish: Israel deserves better elites, whether in the right or left camp, economy, bureaucracy, NGOs, and media.
The Condolonece for an Anti-Semitic Killer
NATO condolences the greatest terrorsponsor and enemy of the free world aka the islamic (sic!) Mullah regime of Teheran. And the EU jumped immediately to help the antisemitic and anti-democratic terror regime of the islamic (sic!) Mullahs by offering European satellites to detect the crashed helicopter. Any help from the EU to detect the hostages kept by the Iranian terror organization Hamas? No. Thought so.
BILD, the largest German daily newspaper, summed up what is happening with its article: The Chancellor offers his condolences to a mass murderer. No additions are necessary except: The Iranian president and the mullahs of Iran want the destruction of Israel and all Jews. Iran finances, trains, and commands the Islamic terrorist organizations Hamas, PA, and Hezbollah.
The condolences can only happen with the greenlighting of the USA under the Obama/Biden administration. The left under the leadership of Biden/Obama made a decision. They are now officially enemy of democracy and the free world and partners of Islam as an ideology of terror.
The new and old partner of the left extreme aka woke US Dems and antisemitic Obama/Biden administration is Islam. That simple. The USA under Obama/Biden tears down the old and outdated ally system NATO. And Germany as well as France follow. Not so much because they regard the way as good, but out of appeasement in the hope that they will at least stay allies of the woke USA. An illusion as we know. Appeasement never worked and will not work.
The ally system as a concept/tool imploded with the collapse of the bipolar system in 1989. From 1989 onwards the concept of any ally system vanished. NATO is the last, remaining ally system of the old pre-1989 order.
The new system has not yet been implemented, hence we have mayhem, anarchy, war, and madness. Every nation must first and foremost seek to survive in this mayhem because they, the nations and peoples, are the prey.
Conclusion: Today is the Day the West walked away from the West.
