The antisemitic and antidemocratic “Palestinian Authority” PA is right now occupying Israeli state territory and neither Prime Minister Netanyahu nor the IDF are reacting and letting it simply happen.
The “Palestinians” were a fabrication of the Soviet Communist and Muslim Brotherhood. The aim of the anti-Semitic and anti-democratic ideology of “Palestinianism” is to destroy the State of Israel. The “Palestinians” are neither a society, people nor nation. They are occupying Arab Muslims (basically from Egypt, Syria, and Jordan) who are followers of an anti-Semitic, anti-democratic ideology.
The Israeli NGO ‘REGAVIM’ wrote in its most recent press release: “The Palestinian Authority issues a celebratory announcement, establishing a new municipal authority, ‘Kfar Umm Qisa’ in the Hebron Governate.” The location of this spanking new municipality on Israeli state land is IDF Firing Zone 917.
Regavim explained: “When Israel creates an enforcement vacuum, the Palestinian Authority steps in and fills the void with yet another piece of a unilaterally conceived, ill-intentioned Palestinian state. On 4 June, 2024, the Palestinian Authority’s Ministerial Council announced its decision to establish a new municipality, “Kfar Umm Qisra,” and the appointment of a committee charged with preparing for elections to the local council. Umm Qisa, also known as Zwidan, is located near Yatta in the Hebron Governate, and will incorporate a number of small clusters of illegal structures that have sprung up in IDF Firing Zone 917. The location of this new “township” – adjacent to Umm Daraj and the Judean Desert nature reserve designated under the Wye Agreement (“Oslo Accords III) as a no-construction zone – is in Area C, under full Israeli jurisdiction per international law. This particular region, and most particularly Firing Zone 917, has been a focal point for the campaign of massive illegal construction and encroachment orchestrated by the Palestinian Authority, funded and supported by the European Union and other international actors.“, concluded Regavim.
Avraham Binyamin, Director of Regavim’s Policy Division: “The establishment of this new ‘municipality’ is not a random development. It is a carefully planned step, a purposeful, strategic element of the Palestinian Authority’s declared policy of political expansion through facts on the ground that create contiguous strategic bands of control. The State of Israel cannot continue to turn a blind eye and content itself with sporadic, ineffectual enforcement gestures. What is needed is a systemic policy to maintain effective control of the territory under Israeli jurisdiction. We call upon the government to adopt a proactive stance of action rather than platitudes, a policy that addresses the strategic threats posed by rampant PA violations of the law and protects Israel’s core national interests.“
The question arises as to who actually governs Israel. Is it still the democratically elected government or is it Washington?

Die antisemitische und antidemokratische “Palästinensische Autonomiebehörde” (PA) besetzt derzeit israelisches Staatsgebiet, und weder der israelische Premierminister noch die israelischen Streitkräfte reagieren und lassen dies zu.
Regavim, eine israelische NGO, schreibt in ihrer aktuellen Pressemitteilung: „Die Palästinensische Autonomiebehörde gibt eine feierliche Ankündigung heraus und gründet eine neue Gemeindeverwaltung, ‚Kfar Umm Qisa‘, im Gouvernement Hebron.“
Der Standort dieser brandneuen Gemeinde auf israelischem Staatsland befindet sich in der IDF-Schießzone 917.
Regavim führt weiter aus: „Wenn Israel ein Durchsetzungsvakuum schafft, greift die Palästinensische Autonomiebehörde ein und füllt die Lücke mit einem weiteren Stück eines einseitig konzipierten, böswilligen palästinensischen Staates.“
Am 4. Juni 2024 gab der Ministerrat der Palästinensischen Autonomiebehörde seine Entscheidung bekannt, eine neue Gemeinde, „Kfar Umm Qisra“, zu gründen und ein Komitee zu ernennen, das mit der Vorbereitung der Wahlen zum Gemeinderat beauftragt wurde. Umm Qisa, auch bekannt als Zwidan, liegt in der Nähe von Yatta im Gouvernement Hebron und wird eine Reihe kleiner Ansammlungen illegaler Bauten umfassen, die im IDF-Schießgebiet 917 der israelischen Streitkräfte entstanden sind.
Der Standort dieser neuen „Gemeinde“ – angrenzend an Umm Daraj und das Naturschutzgebiet Judäische Wüste, das im Rahmen des Wye-Abkommens („Osloer Abkommen III“) als Bauverbotszone ausgewiesen wurde – liegt in Gebiet C und unterliegt gemäß internationalem Recht der vollen israelischen Gerichtsbarkeit.
„Diese besondere Region und insbesondere das Schießgebiet 917 war ein Brennpunkt für die Kampagne massiver illegaler Bauten und Eingriffe, die von der Palästinensischen Autonomiebehörde orchestriert und von der Europäischen Union und anderen internationalen Akteuren finanziert und unterstützt wurde“, so Regavim abschließend.
Avraham Binyamin, Direktor der politischen Abteilung von Regavim: „Die Gründung dieser neuen ‚Gemeinde‘ ist keine zufällige Entwicklung. Es ist ein sorgfältig geplanter Schritt, ein zielgerichtetes, strategisches Element der erklärten Politik der politischen Expansion der Palästinensischen Autonomiebehörde durch Fakten vor Ort, die zusammenhängende strategische Kontrollbänder schaffen. Der Staat Israel kann nicht weiterhin wegschauen und sich mit sporadischen, ineffektiven Durchsetzungsmaßnahmen zufrieden geben. Was benötigt wird, ist eine systematische Politik, um die wirksame Kontrolle über das Gebiet unter israelischer Gerichtsbarkeit aufrechtzuerhalten. Wir fordern die Regierung auf, eine proaktive Haltung einzunehmen und keine Plattitüden zu verwenden, eine Politik, die die strategischen Bedrohungen durch die grassierenden Gesetzesverstöße der Palästinensischen Autonomiebehörde angeht und die zentralen nationalen Interessen Israels schützt.“
Es drängt sich die Frage auf, wer eigentlich Israel regiert. Ist es noch die demokratisch gewählte Regierung oder ist es Washington?
