Some non-exhaustive learnings and observations:
0. The air strike was an awesome, outstanding operative success of the IDF. The strategic and tactical successes are invisible and highly questionable. Big Words Syndrom.
If it is true – and I have no doubt about it – that the Mullah regime is militarily severely crippled, almost blind, then Israel should and must seize the opportunity to bring the Mullah regime militarily down; immediately. The “rest” will be done by the brave Iranian peoples.
1. The Mullah regime and Hezbollah are not deterred. We saw yesterday (on the day followed by the raid, the 26th of October) at least 15 resp 17 attacks from the Hezbollah/Mullah regime. Today, the 27th of October, we see a major terror attack on the Tel Aviv coach bus with about 40 Israelis severely harmed and 14 attacks from the Hezbollah/Mullah regime in the North of Israel; still counting.
2. Israel needs a ‘Manhattan Project‘. Israel must develop a new disruptive category of weapons which only Israel holds.
3. Israel has no allies. The ally system collapsed in 1989. Israel can and must act as a sovereign state and build up a global ‘Ring of Freedom‘.

“The nuclear threat still exists, and nothing undermines the stability of the Islamic regime, which will patiently try to harm Israel in the future. As we have learned from experience, postponing the handling of a problem only means dealing with a larger problem later. Iran got off cheaply from this event, and I assess that Israel will pay for this later.” (Ido Halbany)
4. The sovereignty of Israel must be restored. No more vassal state.
5. Israel must build up as a national top priority a defence industry to make Israel 100% independent in six months.
6. Full Justicial reform. The judicial system severely impairs the war efforts.
7. After the war. Israel needs better elites and the rule of the unelected elites of the deep state must end.
You can’t make deals with the Mullah regime
“The Shi ‘a mullahs running the Islamic Republic show don’t care how many Iranians die, let alone others. The chaos they seek only hastens the return of their mystical 12th major religious leader, the Mahdi (a messiah-like figure), who will bring Islamic order out of the turmoil they deliberately cause. You don’t defeat such people at the negotiating table, with pinprick responses, nor with other partial responses. If Kamala Harris gets elected it will be Obama/Biden all over again. And Israel’s very sovereignty and existence will be in such peoples’ hands. The same folks who gifted the mullahs with over 100 billion dollars in oil revenues to give to Hamas, Hezbollah, et al – revenues that President Trump had denied them.“, wrote Gerald A. Honigman on Arutz Sheva.
Israel must be added, was forced/allowed primarily to annihilate targets which were relevant for the Ukrainian war. We are grossly abused and humiliated by the Harris regime, again. Israel must end up being a vassal state of the USA. It does not pay off. For Obama/Biden/Harris Jewish blood is cheap. We must change this equation.
“Once again, Israel operated US-manufactured and Israel-enhanced hardware to defeat Russian-made systems. Keep that in mind when you speak about US aid to Israel, and think of it rather as the best and cheapest US marketing strategy in modern history.“, posted Jonathan Conricus on X.
Israel’s elites folded again to the USA and they fell back to the failed pre-7/10 ‘conceeeeeptia‘ of sending messages, containment, rounds, believing in deterrence and painful deals (painful for Israel of course). It won’t work. The North is still occupied by the Hezbollah/Mullah regime via daily rocket fire.

The Republican Congressman Mike Waltz (Florida) asked: “So far…it’s important to note what hasn’t been hit in Iran: 1. Kharg island where 80% of Iran’s oil exports funnel (but doing so would cause oil prices to spike just before the election) 2. Natanz nuclear facilities which are 200 miles outside Tehran (and Biden publicly said he didn’t support). This might be Israel’s last best chance to diminish Irans nuclear program and shut down their cash. Did Biden/Harris pressure Israel once again to do less than it should?“
“Given the apparent close coordination with Washington and other global actors, the IDF’s confidence in not changing Home Front Command directives, and Iran’s uncharacteristic announcement that it will not retaliate, might not one conclude that the whole operation was carefully scripted to allow Israel and Iran to save face, thereby avoiding another U.S. foreign policy debacle before the November 5th elections? It’s easy to guess what the quid pro quo was that Washington used to entice/coerce Israel“, wrote Marc Zell.
Was it a success? History will tell. But for the moment it is to say, it was a huge success on an operative level. However, on a strategic level rather no.
Again the elites are eager to bow in. The Minister of Defence, Yoav Gallant, instantly started talking of painful compromises Israel has to make to get the hostages free.
Prime Minister Netanyahu is eager to say that Washington did not influence the decision not to bring down the Mullah regime. Marc Zell commented: “...it is clear to everyone here in Israel, that the Harris-Biden strongly influenced Israel to downgrade its targets in Iran because of the US elections“.
In conclusion: The Mullah regime is blind. The air defence and radar systems of the Mullah regime are switched off. When, if not now, should the Mullah regime be destroyed militarily? Of course, to topple the Mullah regime is the noble task of the brave peoples of Iran.
Not doing it now, hesitating and procrastinating again, is one of the greatest weaknesses of the Israeli elite. They cannot finish things. To Whom do they think they have to appease, flatter and submit? Again, Israel remains just humiliated and the Middle East stays in the grip of the Mullah regime. Just for Harris? No. Tear down militarily the Mullah regime. Otherwise, the siege of Israel will continue.
Update (27.10.2024, 22:47)
It seems now very obvious that Gallant obstructed the attack on the Mullah regime. His letter, Arutz Sheva reported, before the attack on the Mullah regime gives political evidence. The letter to PM Netanyahu is absolutely unacceptable. In my opinion, it was Gallant who diminished and constrained the attack on the Mullah regime. PM Netanyahu in full command would have ordered full attack. I am sure about it. Gallant has to be dismissed. He has lost his moral compass.
