It can’t be that the court is demanding that the state pay the lawyers of the Nukhba terrorists. We need immediate full justicial reform. The unelected of the deep state must be put into place.

Instead, we see that money for disabled children is deleted and the court system does obviously not care. But the court system obviously cares for terrorists.
If the laws require so, those laws must be deleted. In any case, we need full judicial reform. In the first place, islamic terrorists shouldn’t have had the right to sue the state.
Minister Yitzchak Goldknopf posted on X: “This is an absurd and outrageous demand. The tax money of the citizens of Israel is not supposed to fund legal representation for the human monsters who massacred men, women and children with terrible cruelty. I call on the Minister of Finance not to respond to the request and refer them to their friends in Turkey, Qatar and the Palestinian Terrorist Authority.“
Besides, it is reasonable to assume that the derailed court system in Israel and the establishment of the unelected deep state bureaucracy as the de facto fourth branch of the state co-causes the high costs of living in Israel.
