Coincidence? Two major “legalistic” moves against the Prime Minister (Update)

One can speak of coincidence, fate or conspiracy. Remarkably, two serious “legalistic” proceedings, some call at least one legal warfare, were initiated against the majority of Israel on the same day and hit the ground. The elected government represents the majority of Israel. An attack on the Prime Minister is an attack on the Jewish people and a declaration of war. Fact.

Coincidence I – ICC

The anti-Semitic ICC has its Dreyfuss affair, in that the ICC has issued an international arrest warrant against the elected Prime Minister of the Jewish democratic State of Israel. This antisemitic assault does not need further elaborated confrontation. It is evident.

If someone needs it elaborated I recommend the short outline of Mark Goldfeder, the article of Eugene Kontorovich and finally an overview article by the Editorial Board of the World Street Journal.

The statement of the PMO said it all: “The antisemitic decision of the International Criminal Court is a modern Dreyfus trial – and will end the same way. Israel utterly rejects the false and absurd charges of the International Criminal Court, a biased and discriminatory political body.” End of the story. To his speech, nothing is to add. PM Netanyahu named all the facts.

Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben Gvir, opened the correct strategic window and response. Sovereignty over Judea and Shomron: “Issuing an arrest warrant against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Minister of Defense, Yoav Gallant is a disgrace, but not surprising at all. The International Criminal Court in the Hague has once again demonstrated that it is antisemitic from beginning to end. This is absolute madness. I support the Prime Minister in his just war. The response to the arrest warrant is sovereignty over all areas of Judea and Samaria, settlement in all parts of Israel, and cutting ties with the terrorist Palestinian Authority.“

Another demand is directed to Europe. All European states are members of the ICC. It is now their turn to declare that they will not execute this warrant for arrest against PM Netanyahu and former Minister of Defence Gallant. They have to reject the ICC warrant. Say no. Who is now not with Israel, is against Israel.

Fundamentally said: 1. If a democratic state arrests the elected head of government of another democratic state, this is a declaration of war under international law. 2. It cannot be that the ICC, a court dominated by Islamism, can dictate to other democracies, or even decide, which states they must go to war with. The global Islamic judicial junta of the ICC must be abolished.

In the meantime, the Christian and Democratic Union of the Czech Republic initiated the process for the suspension of the membership of the Czech Republic in the ICC. Also, Austria and Hungary are stepping up against the antisemitic warrant of the ICC.

Very obviously again we have the old K&K axis in Europe which is gaining since years more and more momentum in Europe. An old triangle of power in the centre of Europe returns: Vienna, Budapest and Prag. Europe is returning more and more to its millennia-old normality. But this is another story.

Many more opposing the rule of the unelected ICC are likely and hopefully to come. However, the antisemite and one of the chiefs of the elites of the deep state José Manuel Barroso claims that all EU member states have to obey the ICC rule. He is simply wrong. He and the EU will soon get a lesson.

The foreign minister of the Netherlands was wrong who was the first to burst out to celebrate the decision of the ICC and declared he is eager to arrest Prime Minister Netanyahu. Now, the foreign minister of the Netherlands is surprised that Israel cancelled his visit to Israel. A good and wise decision by the Israeli foreign minister Gideon Sa’ar.

EU, the world’s biggest and first transnational deep state, is now at a crossroads. The fight against antisemitism and the battle against the left deep states to uphold and defend freedom begin to converge into one fight.

Trump and Milei are carrying the banner. Israel should quickly learn this message, too. Israel understands the antisemitic threat/dimension but hesitates to look at and act against the threat of the unelected left elites of the deep state in its own house.

On a global level we see a new match, ‘We, the People‘ against ‘We, the elites of the deep state‘. The deep states are globally cooperating beyond borders. They rule over the heads of the elected national representatives.

This is a new quality in history. The first non-democratic transnational deep state which is equally opposing both the elected ones and the people/citizens is the EU. It was never in the history of mankind that bureaucracies/deep states and their elites built transnational alliances to rule their respective governments and people at home.

Today a global alliance of the deep states is unfolding and pursuing their own agendas, and opposing the main subject of history: the nations, the people and their elected governments. But that is a different story, too. It’s the frame to understand what is going on.

US Senator Lindsey Graham said that he will soon impose sanctions on any country that cooperates with the ICC court order. “I don’t care if it’s Canada, France, Germany or any other country. These arrest warrants are a threat to the USA and not only Israel.“

Two points must not be overlooked. It was President Biden who revoked Trump’s executive order against the ICC (boycott of ICC employees and judges) and it was Jack Schumer (Whipe of the US Dems in Congress) who prevented a bipartisan bill against the ICC from being put to a vote. A reticence that the ICC and its anti-Semitic circles correctly interpreted. The USA allows it.

However, incoming US National Security Advisor Mike Waltz tweeted “The ICC has no credibility and these allegations have been refuted by the U.S. government. Israel has lawfully defended its people & borders from genocidal terrorists. You can expect a strong response to the antisemitic bias of the ICC & UN come January.“

The Republic of Argentina addressed a note that the Republic of Argentina rejected of course the decision of the ICC.

Coincidence II – A.G.

Today, Israel’s controversial Attorney General (A.G.) Baharav-Miara indicted the Prime Minister’s Office spokesman, Eli Feldstein. To date, it is not known on what basis. The public does not get any evidence beyond speculation.

We just know that Feldstein was indicted and how and why he is said to have harmed the State of Israel remains ominous. The substantive, logical, evidence-based argument is currently not really discernible or visible.

The indictment states that “publishing the secret information in the media, as well as echoing the publication for days and weeks afterward, caused severe harm to state security and could have caused the IDF’s intelligence gathering capabilities to diminish during the time of war, and even put human lives at risk. In addition, the release of classified information, including secret information from the IDF, could cause harm to state security and foreign relations when the content of the information reaches civilians or is published publicly,” according to Arutz Sheva.

The circumstances of Feldstein’s arrest and his high-security detention as if he were a convicted terrorist raise serious questions.

JNS wrote: “Netanyahu’s office also stated that the document’s release didn’t compromise the effort to free the hostages but helped it by exposing Hamas’s methods of applying psychological pressure by blaming Israel for the failure of talks, “when everyone knows—as has been confirmed repeatedly by U.S. officials—that Hamas is preventing the deal.”

Who will be the Trump and Milei of Israel?

More and more NGOs, politicians and the media are criticising the highly questionable actions of (deep state) state authorities towards innocent Israeli citizens who often disappear into prison for months on suspicion, without being brought before a judge or having legal representation. Human rights issues are being raised. It seems that more attention is paid to the safety and integrity of terrorists than to Jewish citizens.

The so-called ‘administrative detention’ is being criticized in particular. Also, the very obvious selective enforcement conducted by the unelected elites of the deep state spread fear and anger in Israel. An unhinged mob of left-wingers seems to be allowed everything. Full judicial reform to stop selective enforcement and the dismissal of leading heads of the deep state seems imminent.

This goes hand in hand with the broader, worldwide battle for freedom and democracy which are jeopardized by the (left) deep states and all shades of Islamism. The left and the Islamic elites are eager to subjugate the people who are back on the stage of history claiming their freedom.

So, is it a coincidence? Two major legal moves against the Prime Minister on one day, and many more are waiting for him. I bet all of them will implode on the 20th of January.

On DAY ONE Israel will hopefully start the war (against the Mullah regime) and clean the stables of Israel’s deep state and bureaucracy. Both have to be put into place. The rule of the unelected elites must end. Israel needs a full judicial reform to save democracy.
