In a recent interview marking 60 years since the founding of the Fatah movement last week on “Palestine TV” the official “Palestinian” Authority television channel, Rajoub expressed support for all forms of “muqawama” which means armed resistance against the State of Israel.
Rajoub emphasized that Fatah is open and prepared to allow factions in Jenin to shoot at Israelis but clarified that this is not the role of the security apparatus.
Rajoub, who formerly headed the “PA”‘s Preventive Security Force, seems to have found a way to impose order amidst the current anarchy in “PA”-controlled Areas A and B: granting free rein to anti-Fatah terrorists to kill Israelis, as long as these factions recognize the exclusive authority and control of the “Palestinian” Authority.
“Internal power struggles between Fatah and other “Palestinian” factions aren’t about promoting cooperation with Israel or promoting a peaceful, negotiated resolution. There’s one thing these terrorists agree on – the thing they have always and will always agree on: murdering as many Jews as possible,” said Regavim.

Israel’s “security establishment” should take these words seriously and act accordingly. The “PA” and all “Palestinian” organizations are hostile and must be destroyed like Hamas and Hezbollah. The “PA” is officially part of the Iranian “Ring of Fire” to destroy Israel. It cannot be that Israel continues to ignore the enemy at its heart and only occasionally reprimands and raps the knuckles. The military actions to date are no more than that.
