Covid is likely to rage again in China. Due to the opaque, hitherto sluggish information policy of communist China, Israel has now pulled the first emergency brake. The figures, if correct, are alarming and worrying.

The Ministry of Health will be requiring all Non Israeli citizens and tourists entering Israel from China to present a negative result on a PCR Test before entering Israel.

In detail the Ministry of Heath (Israel) announced:
“Beginning January 6, 2023 – the Ministry of Health will be requiring all Non
Israeli citizens and tourists entering Israel from China to present a negative
result on a PCR Test before entering Israel.
2. This requirement relates to tourists and foreign workers (anyone who is not an
Israeli citizen, permanent resident, temporary resident, spouse and minors of
an Israeli citizen) who were in China for the 7 days prior to their flight to
Israel.
3. Non Israeli citizens and tourists will be required to present a negative result on
a PCR test administered within 72 hours prior to the flight, before boarding
their flight to Israel.
4. This requirement does not apply to a passenger who was on a layover in
China, provided they did not exit the terminal and the layover was less than 12
hours.” (> to the document downlaod > CLICK )
