Mall of the Emirates, City Centre Deira and City Centre Mirdif will kick off the world’s longest-running shopping extravaganza with a spectacular programme of events and activities.

Majid Al Futtaim, the leading shopping malls, communities, retail, and leisure pioneer across the Middle East, is hosting a jam-packed schedule of entertainment throughout Dubai Shopping Festival at Mall of the Emirates, City Centre Deira and City Centre Mirdif.

This includes everything from live performances by ‘Black Widow’, ‘W.A.F.F.L.E Crew,’ and Maria Cruz as well as huge prizes and promotions.

The Largest Extravaganza

1. Italy-based ‘Black Widow’ – presented by Dubai Shopping Festival

Flying in from Italy, ‘Black Widow’ will be performing over three days at Mall of the Emirates, in collaboration with the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing. The interpretive dance troupe is renowned for its hypnotic style of tutting and uses perfectly coordinated arm movements based on geometric shapes.

2. ‘Flamenco’ by Maria Cruz and Cayetano La Orden – presented by Dubai Shopping Festival

Visitors at Mall of the Emirates can enjoy flamenco, a style of Spanish music, from celebrated ‘Got Talent Spain’ finalist, María Cruz, alongside her dance partner, Cayetano La Orden. The pair will be accompanied by distinguished musicians between January 27-29 to bring Spanish music to life.

3. Tunes DXB — presented by Dubai Shopping Festival

To bring even more positive vibes, Tunes DXB is back by popular demand this Dubai Shopping Festival with a special showcase for Emirati talent. This will include the sounds and stylings of Alya Al Ali, Maitha Al Mansoori, Shebani, Bufoory and many more. For 12 days, visitors can listen to live music performances between 4.00pm – 10.00pm.

4. Street Dance by ‘W.A.F.F.L.E Crew’ – presented by Dubai Shopping Festival

After going viral on New York subways, ‘W.A.F.F.L.E Crew’ is bringing street dance to City Centre Mirdif from January 6-12. The incredible dance group received a Golden Buzzer on ‘America’s Got Talent’ – just like ‘World Taekwondo Show,’ which will be taking over the live entertainment between January 13-15.
