The month of May will be a quite successful month for the Israeli weaponsmith ‘ELBIT Systems’. ELBIT got 1.073 million USD in new contracts.
Today ELBI announced that “… Elbit Systems announced today that it was awarded a contract to supply systems to an international customer, in an amount of approximately $260 million. The contract will be performed over a period of 2 years.“
Bezhalel Machlis, President and CEO of Elbit Systems: “We are proud to continue providing our advanced solutions to our international customers, enhancing national security and advancing technological capabilities”. Another contract was announced with a volume of 53 million USD; the customer was not disclosed.
And finally an order for ammunitions by the Israeli Ministry of Defence valued at 760 million USD.
Elbit Systems employs approximately 19,000 people in dozens of countries across five continents. In 2023, the Company reported approximately 6.0 billion USD in revenues and an order backlog of 17.8 billion USD.
