The left-wing daily newspaper and publishing house Ha’aretz must be considered an enemy of Israel. Once again it is clear that the left is engaging in anti-Semitic, anti-Jewish, anti-Israeli and anti-democratic agitation.
The left is in an alliance with jihadists, Islamists and other terrorist organizations and state sponsors of terror such as the Iranian Mullah regime or Qatar.

The publisher of Ha’aretz, Amos SCHOCKEN, said in London at a public conference: “The Netanyahu government is not bothered about imposing a brutal apartheid regime over the Palestinian population. It ignores the cost of defending the settlements to both sides while fighting the Palestinian freedom combat soldiers, whom Israel calls terrorists.“
Schocken further demanded sanctions against Israel, shoving a “Palestinian” state into the throat of Israel and inciting hate against Israel.
There is currently a wave of subscription cancellations and ministry after ministry is cancelling their subscriptions and, where applicable, withdrawing financial support such as advertisements and advertorials.
In the meantime, Israel’s Ministry of the Interior has stopped all communications following a year of endless subversive actions, most recently after its publisher Amos Schocken reportedly called Gazans “freedom fighters”.

Ministry of the Interior Office of the Director General
October 31 2024

In honour of Kobi Alter
Director of the Department of Publicity and Outreach at the Ministry of the Interior Hello Rav,
The subject: cessation of publications and collaborations with the “Haaretz” newspaper
As part of a conference held in London, the publisher of the “Haaretz” newspaper, Mr. Amos Shokan, made serious statements in English, in which he called Palestinian terrorists “freedom fighters”. In addition, he called for sanctions to be imposed on the State of Israel and its leaders and claimed that the IDF is carrying out “a second Nakba “and the ruler of an apartheid regime in Judea, Samaria and Gaza.
These things are disgusting and indicate a severe disconnection from fundamental values, especially while the State of Israel is waging an unjust war, which began following the murderous terrorist attack by the Hamas organization on October 7.
Given the seriousness of the matter, and until further notice, I am ordering a halt to all publications and collaborations with the “Haaretz” newspaper (directly and through the government publication office), as far as they exist.
We cannot and do not intend to remain silent in the face of harm to IDF soldiers and the state’s efforts to protect its citizens.

Itamar Ben-Gvir, Minister of National Security, calls for action by the Attorney General of Israel, Gila Mihara, who is criticized for her biased politics against the right camp and against the elected government. She is said to shelter left-wing mobs and riots.
It is reasonable to demand that Ha’aretz must be forbidden like Al Jazeera. Al Jazeera – based in and financed by Qatar, the largest state sponsor of Islamic terrorism – supports the genocidal terror organization Hamas and other Islamic terror organizations.

The newspaper Ha’aretz belongs to the Ha’aretz Group, which initially was 60% owned by the Israeli publishing family Schocken. The German media house DuMont Mediengruppe and the Russian businessman Leonid Nevzlin were co-owners with 20% each until 2019. DuMont is said to have sold all shares in 2019. The deal allegedly saw the Schocken family reach 75% ownership. It is said that the remaining 25% is owned by Leonid Nevzlin. Nevzlin is the father-in-law of Likud MK Yuli Edelstein. Amos Schocken has been the publisher of Ha’aretz since 1990.
