Die Corona-Krise oder der faschistische Überfallskrieg Russland auf die Ukraine zeigen beispielshaft und sehr deutlich die sehr einseitige Abhängigkeit zu Diktaturen und daraus resultierende Fragilität des sogenannten globalen Handels. China und Russland sind Beispiel, aber auch alle anderen Diktaturen spielen aktuell gegen die Demokratien der Welt. Sie hoffen auf Beute.
So schwach waren die Demokratien der Welt noch nie. Es macht sich leider eine historische Chance für die Diktaturen der Welt auf, die diese sehen und auch versuchen zu ergreifen. Der aktuelle Überfall Putins auf die Ukraine ist pars pro toto Evidenz. USA wie EU-Europa sind unter historisch schwacher, woker Führung, die sich vor jedem Diktator bückt. Besonders tief vor Teheran.
Die Weltwirtschaft und eben auch die Wirtschaft EU-Europas sind sehr verwundbar geworden und können rasch in den Abgrund gedrängt werden, eben weil unverantwortliche Diktatoren in Summe aktuell die ‘global major players’ geworden sind.
Sie kümmern keine Menschenrechte, Nachhaltigkeit oder Klimawandel und führen einen assymetrischen Krieg gegen Demokratien, die die Diktatoren der Welt zurecht als ihre natürlichen Feinde verstehen.
Europa blickt aktuell in seinen eigenen, sehr speziellen Abgrund durch Putin. Europa ist besonders der Zange antidemokratischen Kräfte ausgesetzt: Islamismus, Rechtsextremismus, Kommunisums/Sozialismus und faschistischer Imperialismus a la Putin, weil diese Kräfte innert EU-Europa unter besonderen Schutz stehen und schon die bloße Kritik an ihnen durch Gerichte und linken Parteien massiv geahndet werden. Ein Blick in die ökonomischen Verstrickungen europäischer Parteien erklärt dies plausibel.
Die Hauptfeinde der freien Welt sind China, Russland, Iran und Nord-Korea. Sie bauen sich ein Universum der Unterstützer. Ihre Hauptplattform ist da die UN mit ihrem antisemitischen Fokus auf Israel. NGOs spielen in der Zersetzung von Demokratie eine mehr als unrühmliche Rolle, wie Amnesty International mit seinem aktuellen “Bericht”, eine antisemitsche Hetzschrift, pars pro toto beweist, oder wie ein aktueller Forschungsbericht von ‘Im Tirtzu‘ über Deutschland beweisen.
Medien haben leider, besonders in Deutschland, ihre traditionelle Rolle als Medien aufgegeben: Leitmedien fälschen, lügen und framen, dass sich nur so die Balken biegen und eine journalistische Blase schreibt eigentlich nur mehr für sich selbst und die politische Bürokratie. Besonders schädlich sind da die staatsnahen Medien, die Öffentlich Rechtlichen, die wie beispielsweise Deutschland über ein jährliches Budget von rund 9 Milliarden Euro verfügen.
Diktatoren aller Colours spüren globalen Aufwind, weil sich die Demokratien der Welt ent-industrialisiert haben; neben ein paar anderen Fehler mehr, die ich mal an anderer Stelle abhandeln werde.
Zweites Fakt ist, dass das Virus seinen Ursprung in China hatte und China alles andere als transparent und verantwortlich umging. In China wütete schon eine Pandemie bevor der Welt tröpfchenweise reiner Wein eingeschenkt wurde.
Da war es freilich schon zu spät. Bei einer sich ausbreitetenden Epidemie ist Zeit einer der entscheidende Faktoren. Und wieder spielte die UN, repräsentiert hier durch die WHO, eine mehr als unrühmliche Rolle. Die wesentlichen UN-Organisationen sind mittlerweile in Hand von Diktaturen. Die Show freilich zahlen die Demokratien der Welt, allen voran die USA.
Europas Reaktionen sind bis dato von Panik und Kopflosigkeit gesprägt, auch wenn sie mit ruhigem Ton und gefalteten Händen vorgetragen werden.
Aktuell werden Löcher – ohne Erfolg bisher – mit sehr großem Aufwand gestopft, indem noch riesigere Löcher – Budgets der künftigen Generationen – aufgerissen werden, ohne eine nachhaltige Dimension aufzuweisen. Es fehlt Strategie und Vision. EIne Superinflation lugt um die Ecke.
Manch Unverbesserliche träumen vom Sturz der Wirtschaft, die man doch endlich an die Wand fahren lassen solle, so aus grünen und sozialdemokratischen Kreisen, bis hin zum mehrstimmig gesungenen Rundgesang, der sozialistische Planwirtschaft und Verstaatlichung herbeisehnt und zum x-ten Mal das Ende und den Tod des Neo-Liberalismus ausruft.
Auf politischer Ebene wird der Multilateralismus – eine an-sich gute Idee – erschüttert, weil man es zugelassen hat, dass Diktaturen jeglicher Prägung das Sagen haben. Das ist kein Multilateralismus mehr.
Die UN ist leider zu einem Klub der Vereinten Diktatoren geworden, wo China, Russland, Iran und andere Diktaturen den Ton angeben.
Raus aus China – Rein nach Europa: Japan und USA machen es so
Der japanische Premier Shinzo Abe hat im Zuge der Verkündung des Hilfsprogrammes für die Wirtschaft klar die Ansage getroffen, dass japanische Unternehmen heimkehren sollen. Der japanische Staat will diese Rückkehr finanziell massiv unterstützen. Abe hat eine “Raus aus China”-Politik verkündet. Entsprechend nervös reagiert man in China.
Die USA hat ebenso im Zuge der Corona-Krise sehr klar gemacht, dass sie einen finanziellen roten Teppich für die US-Unternehmen, die aus China rausgehen, ausrollen werden. Die Asian Review führt aus: “Larry Kudlow, chairman of the White House’s National Economic Council, has expressed his intention to consider shouldering the relocation costs of American companies returning home from China.“
Die Wahlen in den USA haben diesen an-sich sinnvollen Ansatz jedoch vorderhand gestoppt. Auch wenn aktuell in den USA unter Führung der US-Dems die Schritte verhaltener geworden sind, man hat dennoch die Botschaft verstanden und ihre tatsächliche Alternativlosigkeit erkannt. Und was passiert, wenn China die Quantendominanz erreichen sollte, braucht man sich nicht weiter auszumalen: Es wäre schlicht das Ende der freien Welt.
So wäre dies auch der richtige Weg für Europa, denn wenn die größte und die drittgrößte Ökonomien der Welt prinzipiell den Weg der Re-Investitionspolitik einschlagen und aus China raus gehen, um im eigenen Land die Wertschöpfungsketten wieder zu etablieren, dann sollte Europa den Schuß hören und tunlichst folgen.
Das ist eine globale Umkehr, ein globaler Trend, dem sich Europa nur bei Todesstrafe entziehen kann.
Es wäre für Europa ein massives und sehr nachhaltiges Investitionsprogramm, welches sich sehr rasch buchstabieren und substantiieren ließe, eine überaus hohe Akzeptanz in der europäischen Bevölkerung finden, sehr viele Arbeitsplätze nach Europa zurückbringen und vor allem die einseitige Abhängigkeit zu China perspektivisch ein Ende finden würde.
Das Europa ohne China nicht einmal mehr fähig ist, genug Atemmasken herzustellen, ist mehr als ein Debakel und eine sehr deutliche und klare Warnung. Die Abhängigkeit von Russland in Sachen Energie braucht wohl keine eigene Erwähnung und Abhandlung. Sie hat EU-Europa am Rande des Zusammenbruchs und in die völlige Handlungsunfähigkeit geführt.
Die vielbeschworene Globalisierung existiert eigentlich nicht und von daher wird auch kein globaler Handel zusammenbrechen, wenn Ökonomien aus China und Russland rausgehen, da wir eigentlich eine Monopolstruktur haben.
Es wird einfach diversifiziert, Konkurrenz geschaffen. Das ist nie schlecht. Es könnte sogar so ein goldenes Zeitalter für den Welthandel einläuten.
2 Billionen Euro – soviel hat Europa inklusive der EU angekündigt in die Hand zu nehmen, um die Corona-Krise zu überwinden – statt mal über ein wackeliges Bankensystem, Förderbankenunwesen und marode Sozialsysteme rauszupulvern, um eine hochgradig dysfunktionale Bürokratie und Strukturen am Leben zu erhalten, wäre es doch besser und nachhaltiger, konzertiert in die Re-Industrialisierung und Neu-Industrialisierung Europas (Industrie 4.0., Digitalisierung, IoT, eigen 5G-Industrie etc. pp.) sowie in ein robustes, resilientes Gesundheitssystem – das kein Krankheits- und Mangelsystem ist, wie aktuell – zu investieren. Denn eines ist auch klar, nach der Pandemie ist vor der nächsten Pandemie, vor der nächsten Katastrophe.
Europas Strukturen sind derart im Eimer, dass sie eben nicht mehr ausreichend sind, selber Atemmasken, selber Beamtmungsgeräte und selber genug Desinfektionsmittel zu produzieren., um die eigene Bevölkerung zu schützen und Leben zu retten. Was braucht es noch mehr an Beweis, dass Europa ohne eine resiliente wirtschaftliche und militärische Basis so nicht mehr weitermachen kann.
Die Welt ist ungemütlicher geworden, es gibt böse Jungs und Mädels da draußen und noch mehr, die ihre Chancen zu nutzen wissen. Europa gehört da aktuell nicht dazu und sollte sich endlich wirtschaftlich und militärisch wieder auf eigene Beine stellen.
Da draußen gibt es keine Stuhlkreise, keinen kostenfreien Mittagstische und Konflikte werden nicht ausgetanzt. Freiheit und Menschenrechte lassen sich nicht zahn- und kraftlos schützen und ausbauen. Ist so.
PS: Und moralisch fühlt es sich doch viel besser an, in Demokratien statt in Diktaturen zu investieren und Handel zu betreiben, oder?

The Corona crisis or the fascist war of aggression by Russia on Ukraine are examples and very clear of the very one-sided dependence on dictatorships and the resulting fragility of so-called global trade. China and Russia are examples, but all other dictatorships are currently playing against the democracies of the world. They hope for prey.
The democracies of the world have never been so weak. Unfortunately, a historic opportunity is opening up for the dictatorships of the world who see it and try to seize it. Putin’s current attack on Ukraine is pars pro toto evidence. The US and EU-Europe are under historically weak, woker leadership that bows to any dictator. Especially deep in front of Tehran.
The world economy and also the economy of EU-Europe have become very vulnerable and can quickly be pushed into the abyss, precisely because irresponsible dictators have become the ‘global major players’.
They don’t care about human rights, sustainability or climate change and wage an asymmetrical war against democracies that rightly see the world’s dictators as their natural enemies.
Europe is currently looking into its own very special abyss through Putin. Europe is particularly exposed to the pincers of anti-democratic forces: Islamism, right-wing extremism, communism/socialism and fascist imperialism a la Putin, because these forces are under special protection within EU-Europe and the mere criticism of them is severely punished by courts and left-wing parties. A look at the economic entanglements of European parties explains this plausibly.
The main enemies of the free world are China, Russia, Iran and North Korea. You build yourself a universe of supporters. Their main platform is the UN with its anti-Semitic focus on Israel. NGOs play a more than inglorious role in the decomposition of democracy, as Amnesty International proves pars pro toto with its current “Report”, an anti-Semitic pamphlet, or as a current research report by ‘Im Tirtzu’ about Germany proves.
Unfortunately, the media, especially in Germany, have given up their traditional role as media: Leading media falsify, lie and frame so that the beams bend and a journalistic bubble actually only writes for itself and the political bureaucracy. The media close to the state, the public service media, which, like Germany, have an annual budget of around 9 billion euros, are particularly harmful.
Dictators of all colors are feeling a global upswing because the world’s democracies have de-industrialized; in addition to a few other errors that I will deal with elsewhere.
The second fact is that the virus originated in China and China was anything but transparent and responsible about it. A pandemic was raging in China before the world was poured drop by drop of pure wine.
It was of course too late by then. In a spreading epidemic, time is of the essence. And again the UN, represented here by the WHO, played a more than inglorious role. The main UN organizations are now in the hands of dictatorships. Of course, the show is paid for by the democracies of the world, above all the USA.
To date, Europe’s reactions have been characterized by panic and despondency, even if they are presented with a calm tone and folded hands.
Holes are currently being plugged with great effort – without success so far – by opening even bigger holes – budgets for future generations – without showing any sustainable dimensions. It lacks strategy and vision. Superinflation is just around the corner.
Some incorrigible people dream of the fall of the economy, which should finally be allowed to crash, so from green and social democratic circles, up to the polyphonic sung round song that longs for socialist planned economy and nationalization and for the umpteenth time the end and death of neo-liberalism.
At the political level, multilateralism – a good idea in itself – is being shaken because dictatorships of all kinds have been allowed to call the shots. This is no longer multilateralism.
Unfortunately, the UN has become a club of united dictators, with China, Russia, Iran and other dictatorships calling the shots.
Out of China – into Europe: Japan and the USA do it like this
Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe made a clear statement in the course of announcing the economic aid program that Japanese companies should return home. The Japanese state wants to provide massive financial support for this return. Abe has announced an “out of China” policy. The reaction in China is correspondingly nervous.
The US has also made it very clear in the wake of the Corona crisis that they will roll out a financial red carpet for US companies exiting China. The Asian Review states: “Larry Kudlow, chairman of the White House’s National Economic Council, has expressed his intention to consider shouldering the relocation costs of American companies returning home from China.”
However, the elections in the USA put a stop to this sensible approach for the time being. Even if the steps in the USA under the leadership of the US Dems have become more cautious, the message has been understood and the real lack of alternatives has been recognized. And what happens if China were to achieve quantum dominance need not be imagined: it would simply be the end of the free world.
So this would also be the right way for Europe, because if the largest and the third largest economies in the world take the path of re-investment policy and leave China in order to re-establish the value chains in their own country, then Europe should hear the shot and if possible follow.
This is a global reversal, a global trend that Europe can only escape under the death penalty.
It would be a massive and very sustainable investment program for Europe, which could be spelled out and substantiated very quickly, would find an extremely high level of acceptance among the European population, would bring many jobs back to Europe and, above all, the one-sided dependence on China would come to an end in the future.
The fact that Europe without China is not even able to produce enough breathing masks is more than a debacle and a very strong and clear warning. Dependence on Russia in terms of energy probably needs no separate mention and treatise. It has brought EU-Europe to the brink of collapse and complete paralysis.
The much-vaunted globalization does not actually exist and therefore global trade will not collapse if economies leave China and Russia, since we actually have a monopoly structure.
It is simply diversified, competition created. That’s never bad. It could even herald such a golden age for world trade.
2 trillion euros – that’s how much Europe, including the EU, has announced it will take in order to overcome the Corona crisis – instead of pounding it out over a shaky banking system, development bank mischief and ailing social systems in order to keep a highly dysfunctional bureaucracy and structures alive, If only it were better and more sustainable, concerted in the re-industrialization and new industrialization of Europe (Industry 4.0., digitization, IoT, own 5G industry etc. pp.) as well as in a robust, resilient health system – which is not a disease and deficiency system is, as currently – to invest. Because one thing is also clear, after the pandemic is before the next pandemic, before the next catastrophe.
Europe’s structures are in such a mess that they are no longer sufficient to produce their own breathing masks, their own official breathing apparatus and enough disinfectants to protect their own population and save lives. What more proof is needed that Europe can no longer continue like this without a resilient economic and military base.
The world has gotten tougher, there are bad boys and girls out there and more who know how to take their chances. Europe is currently not one of them and should finally get back on its own feet economically and militarily.
There are no circles of chairs out there, no free lunches and conflicts are not danced out. Freedom and human rights cannot be protected and expanded toothlessly and powerlessly. It’s so.
PS: And morally it feels a lot better to invest and trade in democracies than in dictatorships, doesn’t it?
