High Profile Foodtech&Agrotech Investment Seminar in Tel Aviv

The food and agricultural industries are the new economic sectors where Israeli start-ups are establishing themselves at breakneck speed. The ‘Food-Hi-Tech sector’ shines with brand new start-ups that are attracting venture capitalist (VC) and investors. The reason is simple: Besides innovation, you have to eat.

Major start-ups from Israel as now global players are for example Aleph Farms or Redefine Meat. It is therefore no surprise that the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) is reacting accordingly and is offering seminars on these topics with prominent participants.

Israel Advanced Technology Industries (IATI) and TASE collaborate in a foodtech and agrotech investment analysis and management seminar. This seminar is part of TASE’s ongoing collaboration with IATI, with a successful series of high-tech and biomed seminars.

The analysis of biomed and technology companies is dynamic and complex. Foodtech and agrotech develop at a dizzying pace, and Israel is home to extensive activity in these particular arenas.

The professional seminar is designed for public institutions, investment managers, fund managers, analysts, CFOs of technology companies, TASE members, market players and more and aims to expand and deepen professional and analytical knowledge in these innovative areas of the Israeli capital market.

Thorough research, an understanding of these innovative fields and the ability to carry out an in-depth analysis are powerful tools in investment decisions and essential to a more advanced and professionally honed market.

The seminar will offer a comprehensive overview of the market and identify upcoming trends in these fields from various economic and business perspectives, providing participants with tools for investment management and informed decision-making in the Israeli foodtech and agrotech sectors.

The seminar will commence in early December 2022 at TASE’s Conference Center and will comprise four three-hour sessions, featuring lectures by top-tier executives and professionals in Israel’s foodtech and agrotech sectors, including Dror Bin, CEO of Israel Innovation Authority, Jonathan Berger, CEO of The Kitchen FoodTech Hub, Didier Toubia, CEO and founder of Aleph Farms, Dr. Michal Levy, the acting Chief Scientist at the Israeli Ministry of Agriculture, Dagan Eshel, VP Innovation at the Strauss Group, Nofar Mark from Morelangerman, Ilan Samish, CEO of Amai Proteins, Eyal Afergan, CEO of Imagindairy, Beni Nofech, CEO of Milk & Honey Ventures, Aviv Oren, GFI Innovation Director, Amir Zaidman, VP Business Development of The Kitchen FoodTech Hub, David Zigdon CEO of Migal, Simcha Shore, CEO of Agroscout, and more.
