No further explanation needed. Israel fights a just war, which steps into the next decisive phase: Unconditional surrender of Hamas and unconditional release of all hostages.

During the past 24 hours, Division 98 forces began a large-scale ground operation in the heart of Gaza City.

“The maneuver in Gaza City is a significant step to carry out our highest moral and important duty — to return all the hostages home and to dismantle the military and governing capabilities of the Hamas terrorist organization.” -The Chief of the General Staff LTG Eyal Zamir at a situational assessment in Gaza today.

The manoeuvring forces entered the attack area, accompanied by fire support from the air and sea. The army notes that as part of the fire envelope, dozens of terrorist infrastructures were attacked, including military buildings, observation posts, and booby-trapped structures intended to harm forces operating in the area, reports Arutz Sheva.

In parts of Gaza City where there is concern that hostages may be present, the IDF has designated a special area called “coordinated firing zones.” In those areas the forces have been instructed to operate with caution and with unusually close coordination, even when armed militants are identified there, reports Israel News Pulse.
