On December 27, the German ambassador addressed the Israeli public at X as follows.

The reactions were quick and as expected. People were appalled by the ambassador’s latest outburst. He can no longer be kept in Israel. He must be dismissed.

Ludmila Lipovski, 83 years old, survived the Shoa. Seibert paid tribute to Hamas terrorists prior to 10/7 and was caught spreading pro-Hamas and antisemitic talking points last week. German Jews and Israelis want Israel to expel Seibert.
